Sign-In Problems

The inability to sign into the system is generally be caused by one of three possible errors:   

  1. Invalid email address
  2. Invalid password
  3. Your session has timed out and your web browser won’t let you sign in

Solutions

  1. Invalid email address: 
    If you don’t know the email address associated with your ArbiterSports account, the easiest way to find it is by contacting your Group Administrator, as Group Administrators can see the email addresses for all ArbiterSports accounts in their group.   Even if you can no longer access your email associated with your ArbiterSports account, the email address will continue to be your User ID in our system until you change it to a different email address.  To change your email address in our system please visit your Profile page after you have signed in.

  2. Invalid password:
    If you’re told that your password is invalid, make sure that you don’t have Caps Lock set, as our passwords are case sensitive.  If you do not remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link below and we will send your password to the email address associated with your account.

  3. Session or browser error:
    In some cases your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.) may prevent you from signing in to our website because they can't accept cookies.  You can correct this by changing your browser’s settings to allow cookies from ArbiterSports.  In Internet Explorer, this is done by clicking on the TOOLS pull-down, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then SECURITY, then TRUSTED SITES.   Click the SITES button and add https://www.ArbiterSports.com as a trusted site.
